A member of our quality-control staff personally inspects every item prior to shipment, so it is very unlikely your purchase will be anything less than perfect. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection and/or repair. We also offer free prong tightening, republishing, rhodium plating and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry.
